Robert Reed

Robert is an Electrical Design Engineer for New Ridge Engineering. He has over five years of experience in the field, specializing in power systems. His educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering Technology with a concentration in power systems.

Prior to his role as an Electrical Design Engineer, Robert served as a Revit/AutoCAD specialist and BIM Manager. In this capacity, he demonstrated expertise in project setup and detailed coordination within Revit, facilitating seamless collaboration between MEP models and architectural models.

With a foundation in drafting and design, Robert transitioned to electrical engineering, bringing a diverse skill set to his current role. His experience includes robust work in generator selection, electrical distribution panel sizing, and strategic layout planning for various electrical components.

Robert is also a military veteran with over 17 years of service in the Army Reserves as a Combat Engineer.
