Either as part of our MEP design projects or independently, New Ridge Engineering has a Fluke 1734 meter capable of performing load and energy studies where necessary. These studies provide information about existing loads on electrical systems and provide an alternative to having an engineer or electrician perform circuit tracing on an entire project area to determine existing loads. This is accepted as a means of load calculation by the National Electrical Code section 220.87, which is adopted in all 50 states.
