We are capable of performing Facility Condition Assessments to systematically evaluate a building's mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to determine its current condition, identify deficiencies, and estimate the remaining useful life of its systems and components. We document any signs of wear, damage, code noncompliance, and potential safety hazards. These can include review of maintenance records, coordination with facility staff, and use of tools like infrared cameras or power meters to detect hidden issues. Based on the findings, we prepare a detailed report that includes condition ratings, recommended repairs or replacements, and cost estimates, often prioritized by urgency to support budgeting and capital planning.
