Design of MEP systems is our bread and butter. Our expertise includes complex healthcare facilities, high-end restaurants, commercial buildings, whether large or small, and food processing facilities. We’re happy to be involved from early concept design all the way through project closeout. Our approach to design starts with questions to ensure the design meets the needs of the individual project. While we may repeat certain things across different projects, we always consider the specific needs of each project’s use, budget, and longevity when designing. While the systems on one project may need to function for 30 years or more, another project may only need to function for two years. While one project may be a flagship, another may not have the budget for the ideal system. We always treat each design as its own, no matter how large or small.
