Ken Wash, HFDP, PMP, LEED AP

Ken is a Mechanical Design Engineer for New Ridge Engineering. He graduated from J. Sargent Reynolds Community College in 2003/2004 with dual Associate’s Degrees in Architecture and Civil Engineering Technology, specializing in Building Construction Management and Architectural/Industrial Design.

Throughout his 36-year career, Ken has had the opportunity to both engineer and project manage a wide variety of challenging projects. These range from simple MOB tenant infill projects to highly technical endeavors, such as converting a developer-based, light-commercial office building into a free-standing Ambulatory Surgery Center. He has also designed and managed complex, multi-phased healthcare infrastructure upgrades and equipment replacement projects. Ken often served as the engineering construction administrator, thus bolstering his field experience.
